We recognise that ICT budgets are becoming smaller and we strongly believe that our annual support packages provide comprehensive support whether you choose a Basic or Enhanced package option. We can tailor our packages to suit the needs of your individual School, Academy Trust or Federation.  

  • Each of our customers is provided with a dedicated Account Manager who can advise on all aspects of our service.  

  • Our team provide both remote and on-site support to you and has expertise in Microsoft, Apple and Google. We work with strategic partners to enable us to develop innovative solutions for the establishments we support. 

Basic Support Package

 

Our Basic package incorporates essential ICT support and access to our dedicated Service Desk. The features of this package include:

  • Proactive preventative maintenance – we proactively monitor and maintain your school server and network behind the scenes, remotely from our office. 
  • Our Service Desk will log all incidents and service requests and track them to resolution

  • Our ICT specialists will support you by telephone or email and use remote tools to resolve any ICT issues within an agreed service level. 

  • Our cloud backup service automatically protects data residing on desktops, laptops, servers and network attached storage devices

  • Managed anti-virus protection ensuring your computers and network are protected by anti-virus and anti-spyware software

Enhanced Support Package

 

Our Enhanced ICT package incorporates all the essential ICT support included within the ICT Basic Support package with the additional benefits of a designated ICT Technician:

  • Our technicians can help you get the best use of your available technology and provide advice and guidance on general ICT issues

  • Your ICT technician will also complete a range of standard checks to ensure your systems are running smoothly.
